Rumor has it that the neighbors of this artist are none too please with the way he trimmed his big trees!
We drove past a wall mural of what seems to be a spacecraft fishing with a tractor-beam.

I wanted to shop at Fry's, a super big electronics store, just to check prices and look for new tech. I found surprises. I can understand spy cameras being sold in a Best Buy/ Future Shop equivalent store, but the Pepper Spray, stun guns and hand cuffs seemed out of place to this cross border shopper. No I did not buy any - Canadian Customs would frown upon them going back home.
Good friends Barb & Merrill took out to supper at 'Brooklyn', and a Seattle Symphony pop performance "Celebrate America". A thoroughly enjoyable evening.
The Hall chandeliers are huge blown glass creations of a local but internationally famous artist Dale Chihuly.
Oh, and yes, after the last picture, I did put my camera away for the performances.
